Positive Connections

     A Positive Connection is the second and newest project of the Lighthouse Training Center. Approved for Level I and II DUI Education and Treatment and intensive out-patient substance abuse treatments. A Positive Connection is seen as a WIN WIN WIN providing affordable quality treatment services to DUI offenders while providing containment to the courts and community and a funding source to the victims programs. A Positive Connection was made possible by Mr. Joseph Emmons and the Graham Foundation.
